Summary

Bell Wholesale is small and dynamic group that provides a wide range of products & services to telecommunications companies (Carriers, ISPs, Resellers) from across North America and the rest of the world.  The Product & Marketing group supports our Sales partners in driving results and in ensuring that the Wholesale Team is well set for future success.

 

In this role, the successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting the Wholesale Executive Team in both the strategic and tactical plan and in supporting the Wholesale group in all cross-functional initiatives. The successful candidate must possess a blend of knowledge in technology, business, and financial acumen combined with expert PowerPoint, data visualization, story-telling skills and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Wholesale Executive Team in developing strategic planning presentations, and in developing quarterly results packages.
  • Support the Wholesale Executive Team in the development of cross-functional strategic initiatives, including project management and reporting dashboards.
  • Coordinate all cross-Business unit projects, programs and activities.
  • Assists in strategic projects focussed on driving EBITDA, in transforming our business and / or in improving the Customer experience.

Critical Qualifications

  • University/College degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong facilitation, coordination and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Expert PowerPoint and data visualization skills.
  • Strong time management skills, detail oriented, and can execute to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to translate vision into data visuals.
  • English required: interaction with English speaking stakeholders across Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Telecommunications, preferably Product Management, Sales, Carrier Relations, Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in graphics design.

 

Additional Requirements

 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
