Job Opportunity: Senior Application Architect 

Location: Hybrid 
Duration: 2 years + 1 optional year
Security Clearance: Secret (Mandatory)

Altis Technology is seeking Senior Application Architects for a contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government clients. 

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop biometric-integrated solutions using Java, Spring Framework, and WebLogic.

• Design and implement NIST-compliant software.

• Deliver solutions integrated with AFIS, IBM DB2 z/OS, MQ Series, JMS, WSQ, and other mission-critical systems.

• Conduct testing (unit, integration, performance) with 100% pass rate.

• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge 

Mandatory Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in:

  • Java enterprise application development

  • Oracle WebLogic platform

  • Spring Framework

  • SQL & Web Application development

• 3+ years of experience with ANSI/NIST-compliant systems

• Experience integrating with large-scale, high-volume transactional systems

 Rated Assets

• Experience with:

  • Spring MVC, HTML, JavaScript, JQuery

  • Biometric systems and fingerprint identification

  • Spring Integration workflows

  • Tools: MQ Series, JMS, JBoss Drools, WSQ, DB2, EclipseLink
