One our clients in the Banking industry is looking for a Business Analyst with experience in Payments for a 6 months contract + extension.

Job Description:

• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with our esteemed banking client within the Payments domain having Strong knowledge in Firco Sanctions screening processing.
• As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions, ensuring that business requirements are accurately captured, documented, and translated into functional specifications for development teams.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 6 years spent working specifically in the Payments domain(SWIFT MT/MX and ISO 20022) for banking or financial services clients.
• Strong knowledge of Payments systems, including Payment Gateways and Able to optimize the Wires transaction processing and increase STP rate through proper Firco Sanctions screening processing.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies and working with development & QA teams.
• Proven track record in delivering end-to-end solutions, from requirement gathering through to successful deployment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical documentation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and Excel.
• UAT testing experience will be an added advantage but not mandatory
