Notre client fédéral cherche à s’adjoindre les services d’un concepteur pédagogique expérimenté pour créer, développer et optimiser du matériel de formation afin d’assurer un apprentissage efficace pour son personnel. Il s’agit d’un contrat sur place d’un an.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Effectuer un examen approfondi de chaque objectif de rendement (OR) dans le plan de formation, en identifiant les contenus désuets ou inefficaces, en recommandant des améliorations basées sur les meilleures pratiques en conception pédagogique, et en suggérant des mises à jour pour répondre aux exigences actuelles de formation.

  • Mettre en œuvre toutes les modifications approuvées dans un délai de trente (30) jours suivant l’approbation.

  • Collaborer avec les experts en la matière (EMM), les instructeurs et les agents de développement de la formation pour s’assurer que le contenu est exact, pertinent et conforme aux exigences du client.

  • Développer et réviser les plans de leçon, présentations, manuels et autres supports de formation pour renforcer l’engagement, la pertinence et l’alignement.

  • Concevoir et élaborer des quiz, tests et autres évaluations afin de mesurer les progrès des apprenants et de garantir la conformité aux normes requises.

  • Recueillir et analyser les commentaires des instructeurs et des apprenants pour identifier les domaines à améliorer.

  • S’assurer que tous les supports de formation sont conformes aux normes, règlements et protocoles du client.

Qualifications :

  • Une combinaison d’un diplôme en éducation, apprentissage des adultes ou apprentissage à distance et d’une expérience en conception de cours (minimum d’un an d’expérience requise).

  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais).

  • Cote de fiabilité exigée.

Our federal government client is seeking the services of an experienced Learning Designer to create, develop and optimize training materials that ensure effective learning for their personnel. This is a 1-year on-site contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of each Performance Objective (PO) in the Training Plan, identifying outdated or ineffective content, recommending improvements based on best practices in instructional design, and suggesting updates to align with current training requirements
  • Implement all approved changes within thirty (30) days of approval.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), instructors, and Training Development Officers to ensure training content is accurate, practical, and aligned with the client's requirements
  • Develop and revise lesson plans, presentations, manuals, and other training materials to enhance engagement, relevance, and alignment 
  • Design and develop quizzes, tests, and other assessments to measure trainee progress and ensure compliance with required standards.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from instructors and trainees to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure all training materials comply with the client's standards, regulations, and protocols

Qualifications:

  • A combination of a degree in education, adult learning or distance learning and experience in course design (at least 1 year of experience is required)
  • Bilingual (English and French)
  • Reliability clearance
