Responsibilities for Airport Construction Security Escort

 

 

  • Safely escort construction workers, contractors, and other authorized personnel to and from construction zones within the airport premises, ensuring they are in compliance with security protocols.
  • Oversee and control access points to construction sites, verifying the identification and authorization of all individuals entering or leaving the area.
  • Monitor the construction area for adherence to safety and security procedures, including proper signage, barricades, and restricted access areas, to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Perform routine security patrols of the construction site and surrounding areas to detect any security risks, unauthorized activity, or breaches.
  • Immediately report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches to the appropriate authorities and assist with investigations as needed.
  • Prevent unauthorized personnel from entering construction zones by maintaining security protocols, checking credentials, and monitoring security systems.
  • Be prepared to respond swiftly to any emergencies, including evacuations or incidents, ensuring safety and providing guidance to personnel in accordance with established emergency procedures.
  • Accurately record security activities, incidents, and inspections in daily logs or reports, maintaining a thorough documentation trail for review and compliance.

Qualifications for Airport Construction Security Escort

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License: Required to operate vehicles safely within airport grounds.
