About Our Opportunity


As a Corporate Learning Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting learning and development initiatives by working on administrative and operational processes and ensuring seamless learning experiences for employees and facilitators. Primary responsibilities include supporting virtual and in-person training delivery and acting as an administrator of our Learning Management System (LMS). You will collaborate with colleagues to coordinate assessments, organize training logistics, and provide technical and administrative support for learning activities. You will also engage with participants, internal business partners, and external facilitators to ensure smooth program implementation and delivery while maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation. You will perform financial and procurement duties related to learning programs and assist in process improvement. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to meaningful professional development programs in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

About You:

 

This may be the right opportunity for you if you have a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field and 2-3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.


You have excellent skills in, MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point), are comfortable working with information management systems and embrace learning new technologies. You possess strong interpersonal, time management, and project coordination skills and are a resourceful problem solver.


You are passionate about delivering high-quality client service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You possess a positive and professional attitude, critical thinking skills and can work independently, and as a member of a high-energy, results-focused team. You are exceptionally detail-oriented with the proven ability to handle numerous tasks. You have an ability to deal with a variety of personality types, communicating with tact and discretion in a clear, concise manner. You can adapt within a changing and fast-paced environment.


Competencies required at this level of work are: Analytical Thinking, Adaptability and Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Client Orientation, Effective Interactive Communication, Initiative, and Intercultural and Diversity Proficiency.
 

We will assess the above qualifications and competencies using one or more of the following tools: written examination, standardized tests, oral presentations, interview(s), and reference checks.
