We are hiring a Resource Optimization Coordinator (ROC) for a 12-month contract. The role involves assisting your work team with schedules, task allocation, and the deployment of Screening Officers. A dedicated team and a range of benefits await you!

 

The responsibilities of the Resource Optimization Coordinator position:

  • Assist the Resource Optimization Manager in managing the work team.

  • Allocate tasks to the work team according to operational needs.

  • Complete various administrative tasks.

  • Collaborate in improving work procedures.

 

Requirements for the Resource Optimization Coordinator position:

  • High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position.

  • Meet various safety standards required by the employer.

  • Known for your leadership and ability to manage manpower.

  • Experience in a unionized environment (an asset).

 

Employment conditions:

  • 40-hour schedule, rotating as needed.

  • Range of social benefits and insurance.

  • Location: Toronto Pearson International Airport
