Our manufacturing client is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Mississauga. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of HR and the HR Business Partner to ensure efficient departmental processes, compliance with policies, and clear communication with employees across the organization.

This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary, 3-weeks' vacation, paid benefits, and more. This is a hybrid role requiring you to work 3 days a week on site in Mississauga.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate benefit and pension plan enrollment for new hires with providers.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries about benefits, plan changes, and eligibility.
  • Distribute and process benefit enrollment materials, ensuring accuracy and eligibility.
  • Update benefit providers with information on hires, terminations, leaves, and changes.
  • Support the implementation of HR initiatives and drive process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate employee records related to payroll and benefits.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and support employee retention efforts.
  • Generate HR reports and provide data for month-end and business decisions.
  • Review timekeeping data and collaborate with Payroll to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage the employee service award program and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
  • 4–5 years of HR Generalist experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, payroll, benefits administration, and employment legislation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Customer-focused, reliable, and adept at managing time and meeting deadlines.
