Under the direction of Senior Manager, Enterprise CRM Business Project within the Marketing & Communications division, the Employee and Member Experience Manager is responsible for the administration, management, maintenance and enhancement of our marketing technology (MarTech) solutions, including websites, intranet, extranets, and a variety of software solutions. They understand the components of a typical MarTech stack and will play a key role in maturing the Marketing and Communications technology roadmap to ensure efficient interactions among our marketing automation platform, analytics tools and content management system. They will create and deliver data-driven, integrated user experiences inside the MarTech stack, collaborating with key stakeholders to advance the direction of marketing technology across the division. They design and develop user experience plans that fosters a positive employee and member experience and harnesses new technologies, in partnership with other divisions. They collaborate with the internal communications and external marketing teams to execute campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining members.
We’re looking for a proactive Manager with a strategic mindset, analytical capabilities and passion for innovation who follows new trends in MarTech and is keen to implement them. They have a keen eye for finding efficiencies in day-to-day operations and strive to continuously improve processes. Working closely with vendors, divisions, and stakeholders, they will oversee the development, implementation, and management of digital assets and applications, to create the ideal user experience.
The successful candidate is a creative problem-solver, who is very well organized and an effective communicator. They excel working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with the CFMWS stakeholders and external partners. They quickly adapt to changes and seamlessly transition from one initiative to another while maintaining momentum.
Education, Certifications and Licenses
College Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field AND several years of experience in market segmentation, market research, customer profile development, customer data analysis and segmentation or a related field

- In website, intranet/extranet management, including website administrator support and SEO
- In UX management
- In issue resolution
- In cross-divisional business needs analysis and requirements gathering for UX development
- In producing member and employee focused metrics, reports, updates, and analysis
- In conducting market research, identifying business insights, and UX/Web industry trends
- In software license management

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
This is a temporary position with an anticipated start date of 2 June 2025 and end date of 7 July 2028 with a possibility of an extension.
