Altis Recruitment is grateful to partner with our client to recruit an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves supporting customers with product selection, order processing, and general inquiries both over the phone and at the sales counter. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Vancouver, BC.

Wage Range: $57,000 - 64,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product information, order placement, and technical support.

• Support inventory management and basic branch operations.

• Handle customer concerns and follow company policies for resolution.

• Participate in after-hours support on a rotating basis.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration sales .

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills.

• Must hold or be willing to obtain a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
