Job Title: TSYS Technical Architect
Contract Length: 6 months (with potential extension)
Location: Downtown Toronto

Our client is seeking a skilled TSYS Technical Architect to join our team for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will lead NARP Credit Card projects and manage changes across client credit card platforms. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for identifying downstream impacts, mapping data to services, recommending solutions, and proposing alternative approaches to meet business requirements.
The Technical Architect will work closely with all applications supporting credit cards throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include reviewing and approving designs, overseeing development, execution, and planning for TSYS and third-party credit card vendor applications across multiple environments. Additionally, this role requires immediate response and resolution of production program issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead NARP Credit Card projects and platform changes as an individual contributor.
Identify downstream impacts and perform data mapping to services.
Recommend and propose alternative solutions to meet project requirements.
Collaborate closely with applications teams throughout the change lifecycle.
Review and approve designs, development activities, and project execution plans.
Ensure integration and compatibility across TSYS and third-party vendor applications.
Respond immediately to production program issues to maintain service stability.
