We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented member to join our dynamic BSC Application Processing and Support team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating and maintaining data in our systems to ensure data integrity and support our operational needs. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, analytical and eager to develop their skills in data management. The ideal candidate will be based in Waterloo with a minimum in-office presence of three days per week.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the DPS system to efficiently process a minimum of 200 applications per day from email, fax, and MFT, ensuring daily service levels and resolving error batches quickly.
  • Address and resolve Mismatch and Reject queue items, follow up as needed, and process returned safety catch notifications.
  • Retrieve CSP applications from the client portal, update the Excel tracker, manage CSP Incomplete reporting, and follow up with lenders.
  • Conduct audits of applications and emails; pull faxes from the Rightfax server; and assist with managing multiple team inboxes, prioritizing escalations.
  • Issue indemnification certificates as requested by brokers and handle phone calls and emails to service broker requests.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or coursework in business, information technology, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of data entry and management tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, SharePoint).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
  • Verify and validate data to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist in data cleaning and preparation tasks to support various projects.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve data processes and workflows.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries as needed.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc data requests and projects.

Salary range is expected to be between

$38,250.00 CAD - $63,750.00 CAD
