As a Mall Security Guard, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling different areas, responding to threats and providing exceptional customer service.
Competitive hourly wage of $17.56/hr

Permanent part time schedule / Saturday's 8am-4pm

Perform building patrols
Provide excellent customer service to everyone on the property
Work closely with law enforcement (gain experience for a future career in Emergency Services!)
Assist visitors, guests and the retail employees with respect to safety, requests for directions, escorts, package transportation, lost vehicles, etc.
Apply property rules and regulations in a fair and responsible manner
Write daily and incident reports
Intervene during medical emergencies and provide first aid
Be prepared to respond to situations of crime, urgency and disturbance occurring at the mall
Be authorized to work in Canada
Hold a valid BC security license
First aid certification an asset
Ability to stand and walk entire shift
