We are seeking for a Customer Coordinator to join our client's team in a one- month contract Agilus is recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator in the Real State Industry in Edmonton, Alberta. The Customer Service Coordinator will be delivering exceptional customer service before, during and after the client's move-in day. A typical day: Maintaining a high level of client satisfaction and public relations Assist in the marketing, rental and administration of suites as may be assigned from time to time. Provide prompt and courteous service to prospective and current residents, Administering move-in deposits and move-out balances Participate in community and charitable events that involve the property Maintain all resident information received in accordance with Privacy rules and regulations. Preparing resident arrival and key package, Conducting move in, move out and suite turnover inspections. Successful candidates will have: 3+ years of real state or residential administrative and coordination experience Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Must have Yardi experience Good computer skills including MS Office Goal oriented and team player Passion for helping the residents and participate in different projects Total rewards: four-month contract position with a possibility of extension Weekly Payment Pay rate: $25 -$28 hourly (depending on experience) Great opportunity to support people Location: Edmonton, NW Work Schedule: Thursday to Monday
