Job Title: Temporary Bilingual Reception & Program Support Agents
Location: Remote (Must reside in Canada)
Duration: TBD – Week-by-week basis, potentially starting Monday
Hourly Rate: $22.00
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Our client, in the nonprofit sector, is seeking bilingual (English/French) temporary support agents to provide critical front-line phone service and support to their clients on a short term contract. These roles are fully remote working in EST hours.
Roles and Responsibilities
Answer calls and collect detailed intake information for requests
Complete service request forms accurately and forward to inbox
Communicate updates and requests to coordinators
Provide intake support to French-speaking clients, especially in Audiology and Counselling services
Assess client needs and determine service pathways; direct calls to appropriate departments or extensions
Share general information and frequently asked questions
Qualifications and Skills
Bilingual in English and French
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume call center or customer service environment
Previous experience in nonprofit, counselling, interpreting services, or anything related is an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Teams and email systems
Able to work remotely and independently within EST hours
Must reside in Canada
