We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations within a specific area. In this role, you’ll lead a team, manage resources, and drive improvements in processes, quality, and safety while meeting production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production activities to ensure targets are met for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
Manage day-to-day performance of production staff, including scheduling, monitoring attendance, and handling performance feedback.
Identify and resolve issues related to inventory, production delays, scrap, or rework by investigating root causes and implementing solutions.
Promote a safe and clean working environment through training, safety audits, and compliance with EH&S standards.
Support employee development through regular coaching, performance reviews, and training coordination.
Collaborate with other departments like Supply Chain and Engineering to support smooth operations and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
5–7 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and business/inventory systems.
Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
