We are hiring a Branch Scheduler for our Security Services branch in Calgary, Alberta! Reporting to the branch Operations Manager, the Scheduler works alongside the operations team to prepare, manage, and coordinate all the scheduling activities for the employees in Calgary. With exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, the ideal candidate would work closely with our Operations and HR Team to ensure that all administrative tasks are completed on time.

  • This is a temporary 10 months Full time position

  • Full-time position - Must be able to work from Tuesday to Friday 

 

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Prepare, manage, and coordinate all the scheduling activities for different sites in the Calgary branch.
  •  Ensure all sites and zones are covered as scheduled and in accordance with client requirements.
  •  Use scheduling software to input client requirements and update employee schedules.
  •  Ensure a high level of accuracy of data input into the scheduling program, ensuring that new or more accurate information is diligently input, and all input deadlines are met
  •  Provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to reduce overtime by seeking and applying scheduling knowledge.
  • Ensure scheduling compliance in accordance with the ISO 9000 requirements.

 

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Previous high-volume scheduling experience is an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, as well as experience using scheduling software
