Role Responsibilities

Are you ready to showcase your project and time management skills? Consider joining the Hinton Training Centre (HTC) as Program Support.

As Program Support, you are dedicated to client service and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Centre. You provide logistical guidance to clients by helping them navigate lease agreements, check availability, and ensure compliance with Government of Alberta and Centre policies. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of client information across various data systems, while also ensuring registration and billing processes are completed correctly. From event registration to front counter services, you act as the first point of contact for HTC—responding promptly to client inquiries and supporting the administration of building security access. The Program Support provides essential service and administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:
•    Coordinating Centre use, resource requests, and legal lease agreements
•    Assisting with projects, marketing, and event promotion
•    Facilitating client registration for events and providing logistical support to the Alberta Wildfire Coordination Centre (AWCC) Wildfire Management Logistics
