Lead the charge in restoration! We're hiring a National Field Support Manager to drive field ops, support teams nationwide, and ensure top-tier service.
Agilus is recruiting for a National Field Support/Operations Manager in the property damage restoration industry in Mississauga, Ontario.
You will:
Oversee field operations across local offices in Canada, ensuring alignment with industry standards for quality, estimating, and timelines, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service consistency.
Collaborate with adjusters, reviewers, and internal teams to maintain high-quality service delivery, leveraging best practices and streamlined communication.
Track and report key performance metrics, goals, and opportunities to the Director of Operations & Compliance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
Deliver project management training and support the execution of key strategic initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
Establish and monitor project milestones, while facilitating cross-functional collaboration and communication with leadership and field teams.
Support and train field staff, promoting the use of current technologies, industry software, and continuous improvement processes across all locations.
Partner with leadership to integrate operational and administrative support into broader organizational goals, ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety protocols, and company policies.
Participate in meetings, special projects, and regional integration efforts, maintaining high ethical standards and being available for travel across Canada (up to 25%).
You bring:
5-7 years of work experience in the Construction/Restoration industry
Bachelor's degree, or a combination of relatable education and experience
2-4 years working in a Business Management role that includes managing a team
A strong restoration background is essential — you'll be teaching, guiding, and supporting others in the field.
Must have experience quoting medium to large-scale restoration projects, with a strong understanding of scopes, costs, and timelines.
Must be comfortable reading and understanding insurance codes to ensure accurate project quoting and compliance.
Project Management certification strongly preferred, and/or prior experience leading business process optimization initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite and industry-specific software such as Xactimate, Symbility, and XactAnalysis.
