Job Title: Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/French)
Location: Toronto, ON (Remote with occasional in-office days)
Job Type: Contract – 8 Weeks, Full-Time Hours
Compensation: $27/hour
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support their team in Toronto. This is a full-time contract role for 8 weeks, offering flexibility with remote work and occasional in-office presence as needed. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and French and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry
Manage calendars, set up meetings, and coordinate virtual/in-person appointments
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and internal documents
Communicate professionally in both English and French, written and verbally
Respond to phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Assist with special projects and office coordination tasks as assigned
Bilingual in English and French (verbal and written fluency required)
Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and videoconferencing tools
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and manage remote work responsibilities efficiently
Must be located in the Greater Toronto Area and available for occasional office visits
