Job Summary:

Our client is currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join their dynamic design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects that align with client needs, functional requirements, and aesthetic goals. This role requires strong collaboration skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for transforming spaces into visually appealing, functional environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts and space planning solutions. 

• Produce detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Select materials, furniture, fixtures, and finishes that meet both budget and design objectives

• Coordinate with the design team to execute projects. 

• Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback as needed

• Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee installation and ensure project quality and timelines

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (required)

• G-Class drivers license and car. 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical design skills

• Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
