Human Resources Analyst role now open in Calgary! $35/hour, start ASAP! Agilus is recruiting for a Human Resources Analyst in the oil and gas sector in Calgary, Alberta. We’re working with our client who are actively looking to hire an Analyst, Employee Services to join their corporate services HR team to cover a maternity leave. Perfect person for this role has 3+ years of experience and an analytical mindset. Responsibilities: Updating organizational charts, structures, and position management Reconciling data transactions, mass transaction processing for hires Assisting strategic workforce planning initiatives and support HR Business Partners Answering HR related questions through ticketing system Looking for improvements in practices and policies and creating toolkits/checklists Processing approvals for workforce admin transactions Requirements: 3+ years of experience working as an HR Analyst or in employee services Post-secondary education in related field Strong working knowledge of MS Office, SAP, and SuccessFactors Experience managing an HR ticket system and answering employee questions related to HR Proven experience improving processes and updating policies Soft skills: Analytical mindset Excellent communication skills Highly organized What's in it for you: $30.00 - $35.00 hourly Contract duration: May 2025 to October 2026 Monday to Thursday in-office, Fridays WFH Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5pm Location: downtown Calgary
