Our client is actively hiring for an Indigenous Relations Technical Lead to join their team for a contract. Perfect person for this role has strong writing skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and previous experience in Indigenous relations. Responsibilities: Understanding legislative, regulatory, and legal case developments that could have an impact Providing technical support to the engagement team, in turn supporting projects and operations Ensuring compliance, best practices, and regulatory approvals Handling assessments, applications, mitigation measures, and feedback Helping to execute strategies with different teams and stakeholders Collaborating with Indigenous groups to gather Traditional Knowledge Requirements: 5+ years of experience in Indigenous relations, environment, law, regulatory, or government relations Knowledge of federal and provincial regulatory processes and requirements Outstanding communication and writing skills Strong working knowledge of MS Office Any experience with Monday.com and Dynamics 365 will be an asset Previous experience in the energy sector will be an asset What's in it for you: $47/hour Contract: May 2025 to April 2026 (chance of extension) Monday to Friday, full time hours, WFH Wednesday and Friday Joining a fantastic and collaborative team Ready!
