As a SMT Machine Operator (for electronic assembly), you will tend to the machine by quickly and efficiently loading/replenishing feeders with reels of components, entering programs into automated placement machinery, and prepping for the next build with the primary goal being to maximize machine productive time Responsibilities: PCB handling, SMT techniques including pick & place, screen print, and reflow Product inspection, setup, and calibration according to set processes and diagrams Providing support and working with engineers when problems arise You bring: High School Diploma, minimum 3 years of PCB Handling, ESD practices and working experience with IPC 610 Standards, preferred An ideal candidate has: Good communication Ability to work at least 37.5 hours per week Total compensation: Starting at $18 per hour Weekly pay including 4% vacation Opportunity for long-term employment and ongoing opportunities Let's connect!
