Accounts Payable Specialist – Full-Time (Permanent)

Our property management client is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their Property Accounting team on a permanent, onsite basis.

What you’ll do:

• Review and process invoices (utility, telecom, intercompany) using Yardi and Payscan.

• Manage vendor payments, confirm banking details, and prep cheques.

• Keep digital and paper records organized and up to date.

• Answer questions from vendors and internal teams about payments or discrepancies.

• Make sure everything’s processed on time and within vendor terms.

Requirements:

• High school diploma and at least 2 years of AP experience (property management is an asset).

• Comfortable with Excel and financial systems—Yardi is a must.

• Solid grasp of basic accounting principles.

• Strong communicator who’s detail-focused, proactive, and a team player.

• Able to multitask, stay organized, and work independently under pressure.
