A typical day: Recruit, mentor, supervise staff Develop and manage the structures, quality and delivery mechanisms for services Evaluate and assess services to clients and implement strategies and mechanisms to improve service delivery Implement new initiatives and innovative practices Represent the organization within the community Allocate staffing to most efficiently utilize funding available Successful candidates will have: A post secondary degree in a relevant field: Social Services, Counselling or other relevant post secondary education or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience Three or more years of related professional experience at a middle management level is required as well as two plus years experience in the delivery of services Experience in conflict resolution Superior oral and written communication skills Familiarity with and understanding of standard processes and best practices in human resource management Strong outreach and networking skills and the ability to maintain favorable public relations Must be double vaccinated Occupational First Aid (OFA2) preferred Total rewards: $60000.00 - $64000.00 annually Full benefits package (health & dental) 4 weeks vacation to start Matching pension plan Professional development opportunities Free parking Supportive & inclusive environment
