If so, the ministry of Technology and Innovation has the perfect opportunity for you in our Content & Collaboration Services (CSS) Systems Analyst role.
Reporting to the Team Lead, Collaboration and Content Services, this position is responsible for consistent delivery of services provided by the Collaboration & Content Services team. The role supports service-related work including new development and configuration; system/application maintenance and support; multiple projects support; technical consultation/expertise; Electronic Information Management (EIM) expertise; maintaining customer relationships; and ensuring compliance with GoA standards/policies/practices/etc.
By leveraging these digital accelerator services, partners (both technical and business led) are able to spin up advanced & powerful solutions with incredible speed, precision, and confidence, all in a well-supported environment. The role is partly responsible for ensuring critical and vital records needed to protect the lives of Albertans are available 24/7 for accountable platforms

Location: Remote across Alberta
This position is eligible for remote work. You must reside in Alberta to work remotely.
