Summary

As a Project Manager reporting to the Senior Manager of Retail Optimization and Transformation, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing retail store operations by introducing efficiencies and improving processes. We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for delivering technology-focused initiatives that drive specific results and projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and streamline projects for retail
  • Project manage programs end-to-end to make selling easier
  • Create efficiencies within programs to enhance and grow our operations
  • Build cross-functional partnerships to drive project results and deliver timely
  • Monitor and analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities
  • Identify and develop new projects to drive innovation and transformation
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to drive initiatives within retail operations

Critical Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen, with an appreciation for the need to analyze information, determine what it means for the business and quickly execute in an ever-evolving competitive environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with an attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leaders, technical teams, and cross-functional partners
  • Ability to analyze data and present results
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and concurrent initiatives
  • Accountable for delivering tasks on time with accuracy
  • Execute flawlessly in a fast-paced environment
  • Be open to learn, adapt, and re-prioritize tasks when required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook etc.)
  • Understanding of reporting tools (HIVE, BI, MicroStrategy)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years retail and/or telecommunications experience is preferred
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using SQL/SAS and/or project management is an asset
  • French verbal and written fluency is an asset
