A typical day: Monitor construction site progress Input and maintain databases Review and interpretate construction drawings Monitor Bid web platforms for possible bids, prepare and submit estimates for cost of materials, labour and equipment and prepare and manage progress schedules Coordinate installation schedules and oversee job details Assist with other duties within the organization; sales, operations Successful candidates will have: Valid Class 5 Driver's License - abstract required and own reliable vehicle Familiarity with subtrade bid tendering process, including reading and interpreting contract drawings High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail Willingness to learn Above average communication skills both written and verbal Solid computer skills Total rewards: $35.00 - $45.00 hourly Fully paid benefits package Salary review after 3 months Flexibility in start time Vehicle allowance and company gas card Corporate cell plan after 3 months Casual/ad hoc staff events
