BMO Wealth Management is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Development Specialist to support our expanding advice-driven business and BMO InvestorLine services. In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, building, and enhancing Salesforce capabilities that empower our advisors and clients across advice channels. You’ll collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive efficiency, personalization, and growth within multiple lines of business in BMO Wealth Management.
The Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) lead is the primary point of contact for Salesforce FSC projects and in maintaining the platform.
In This Role, You Will:
- Design and manage the implementation of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions that meet business requirements for various-sized projects
- Lead the effort to design, build and configure FSC applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Create build tickets for implementation detailing the technical requirements to meet the user story acceptance criteria
- Assist with client sessions to gather, define, and document business requirements where needed
- Refine implementation estimates and plans for phases of the delivery lifecycle, including development, testing, training, communication, deployment, and post-production support .Document requirements in the form of user stories
- Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed
- Lead knowledge sharing sessions with the client and provide the user documentation required for supporting the system in the future
- Present solution options to Business, evaluating the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
- Perform impact analysis for scope change requests, document changes to requirements, configuration, and data mapping
- Participate in declarative system configuration and customised development when necessary
- Provide technical and functional expertise to project teams
- Ability to design and Maintain the Integrations of Salesforce with external systems.
- Lead and manage multiple Salesforce FSC projects through all phases of the project lifecycle (planning, business requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support), ensuring business requirements have been met and all commitments have been satisfied.
- Support team learning by sharing best practices and internal documentation with fellow team members
- Serve as a mentor to fellow team members
- Additional duties as assigned
Education and Experience Required:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Salesforce Sales Cloud Certification preferred.
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Super badge or Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional required
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred; or the equivalent years of relevant work experience and/or education required
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Technology industry is required
- Minimum of 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including deep understanding of various components of the Salesforce product suite, such as Sales, Service, Experience, Pardot, and additional app
- Minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in FSC including the configuration of the FSC Platform
- Knowledge of Salesforce permissions, roles, reports, and dashboards
- Proven experience taking highly conceptual business need and translate into a solution that can be effectively implemented.
- Experience with declarative solutions including creation of custom objects, workflows, approvals, flows, etc.
- Experience with LWC components and customizations on the platform
Professional Qualifications – Skills and Abilities Required:
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with various roles at all levels in the organization
- Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and design complex solutions within a tight deadline
- Demonstrated ability to capture business requirements, translate those requirements to technical/business solution options, and be able to communicate those effectively back to the customer, both from a technical aspect and from a business aspect.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts, and solutions to all levels of the organization, including executive leadership and the business.
- Fintech or financial services industry experience is a must.
- Demonstrated agile delivery/development experience.
$74,800.00 - $138,600.00SalariedThe above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
