Our client, a leading retail corporation, is seeking an Account Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving growth by building and expanding strategic partnerships with clients of all sizes.

In this role, the Account Executive will lead consultative sales initiatives, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver customized marketing solutions. The position is centered around revenue generation, strengthening client relationships, aligning marketing strategies with brand and performance goals, and uncovering new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage strategic account plans that align with client goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across various budget areas.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and implement go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and maintain a well-prioritized pipeline.
  • Collaborate with analytics and measurement teams to assess campaign performance and drive optimization.
  • Craft and present compelling, customized proposals based on client needs.
  • Stay informed on the latest digital advertising trends and clearly articulate product value to clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior sales role within CPG, retail media, AdTech, or digital advertising.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in complex, multi-product environments.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, with experience working alongside both brands and agencies.
  • Strong background in audience-centric sales; experience in retail or loyalty marketing is a plus.
  • Skilled in influencing and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for identifying and developing new business opportunities.
