As a Casual Mobile Patrol Guard, there is a high focus on , Filling open shifts, scheduled Patrols , excellent reporting and customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in a variety of environments.

Responsibilities for Mobile Patrol Security Guard

  • Patrolling in a variety of settings (mobile and foot)
  • Enforcing property rules, city by-laws, and other applicable laws
  • Deterring and responding to incidents on the property
  • Responding to various types of emergencies
  • Lockups/unlocks and alarm responses
  • Vehicle Inspection Reports, Daily Occurrence Reports and Incident reports
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Monitor the premises to ensure security
  • Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
  • Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
  • Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
  • Write detailed reports on events and incidents
  • Collaborate with authorities during serious situations

Qualifications for Mobile Patrol Security Guard

  • Be authorized to work in Canada
  • Hold a valid Manitoba security license
  • First Aid/CPR, Use of Force, NVCI training is an asset
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • Responsive and strong problems solving skills
  • Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver abstract
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in winter driving
  • Be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Adaptable to learn new tasks quickly on the job
  • Professional demeanor and customer service focused
  • Experience with using technology based systems
