We are seeking a Bilingual Transfer Administration Representative to join our client in the investment industry. This is a contract role until December 2026, requiring 2 days in-office in Markham.
In this role, you will be responsible for processing and administering transfer requests while ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, knowledge of registered plans or mutual funds, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
Roles and Responsibilities
Process incoming and outgoing transfer requests, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Communicate with financial institutions, clients, and internal teams to resolve transfer-related inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of all transfer activities within the internal system.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to transfer requests.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless transfer process.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Qualifications and Skills
Bilingual (English & French) verbal and written – Required
Previous experience in financial services or banking. Knowledge of investment products or financial transactions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.
