Who We're Looking For:

Junior Business Analysts – 2+ years of experience gathering requirements, analyzing data, and supporting business process improvements.
✔ Intermediate Business Analysts – 5+ years of experience leading business analysis efforts, engaging stakeholders, and driving process efficiencies.
Senior Business Analysts – 10+ years of experience providing strategic business analysis, managing complex projects, and optimizing organizational performance.

Qualifications:

✔ Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the Broader Public Sector (municipal, provincial, or federal government, healthcare, education, etc.).
✔ Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies (BABOK, Agile, Lean, etc.).
✔ Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
✔ Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
