Agilus is recruiting for a Senior Program Manager in the Technology Sector in a hybrid work environment in Waterloo, Ontario. Responsibilities: Roadmap and Integrated Sprint Plan. Work daily with Technology Leads and Architecture Extensive experience leading Agile teams to optimize the delivery model, manage scrum team level interdependencies, increase collaboration, predictability, transparency and promote a culture of innovation to increase efficiencies and remove risks to successful deployment Successful candidates will have: Over 10 years of Project, Program and Portfolio management and Technical Delivery with an emphasis on Governance Framework planning/implementation, IT Service and Operations Management, Financial Management, Risk Management and Decision Analysis. 3-5 years’ experience with Agile Delivery Soft skills: Ability to manage a project portfolio Total rewards: Great opportunity for full time opportunity with very reputable Canadian company
