JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the rental, return reprocessing, and preparation of equipment for Bayshore clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrated knowledge of cleaning/decontamination, inspecting, testing of client used infusion pumps and Accessories and quality assurance checks such as functionality and cleanliness.
• Diagnose equipment faults using equipment manuals.
• Testing and inspecting equipment using tools.
• Repair equipment accessories like chargers and batteries for infusion pumps using soldering tools.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Infection Control and principles of Asepsis.
• Quality check adhering to the set of quality criteria requirements.
• Maintains computer system records of all client equipment locations, usages, maintenance, repairs, and returns, etc.
• Conducts reprocessing of client equipment according to policy to ensure all client equipment is cleaned, safe, and ready for client use.
• Receives and handles returned client equipment and medical waste in accordance with infection control standards and policies.
• Processes medical waste as returned independently or with equipment.

·         Maintain reports and complete work orders.
