Salary: From $50,000 per Year
 

One of our top property management clients is seeking an organized and dynamic Tenant Services Coordinator in Edmonton. In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your problem-solving skills and customer service expertise to build lasting relationships with tenants and support the smooth operation of residential properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute administrative tasks, including data entry into property management systems, processing work orders, managing monthly rents, purchase orders, and other related responsibilities.
  • Aid in the coordination and execution of events, overseeing event calendars, assisting with new tenant welcome packages, and engaging in various ad-hoc projects.
  • Support Tenant Satisfaction Surveys, analyzing and summarizing results to enhance overall tenant experience.
  • Ensure efficient file management and archive processes.
  • Take charge of the continuous management of the office, including supplies, copiers, courier services, and associated budgets.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with staff, tenants, and contractors. Collaborate with site staff and liaise with internal teams to provide necessary support.
  • Professionally handle all incoming telephone calls and email inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Experience using Yardi software is a strong asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Proficient at Microsoft Office.
  • A high level of professionalism as this role entails working with professional tenants.
  • Collaborative nature with strong communication skills.
