We are working with a Federal Government client seeking a Technical Architect to join their team onsite for a 1 -year contract in Kingston!

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical advice and support on technical issues related to the planning, development, implementation, integration and maintenance of a departmental/agency IT infrastructure operations.
• Responsible for contacts with project teams, managers, program or administrative specialists, and technical staff. Develop technical architectures, frameworks, and strategies to meet the business and application requirements.
• Analyze, design, implement and manage existing solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• 10 years of experience working as a Technical Architect.
• 2 years of experience within the last 5 years, developing technical architectures, frameworks and strategies on an enterprise scaled production datacenter infrastructure.
• 2 years of experience within the last 5 years, developing technical architectures, frameworks and strategies and system integration for Microsoft server products which must include Windows Server 2019 or Server 2022.
• 2 years of experience within the last 5 years, analyzing and evaluating alternative technology solutions related to On-Prem and Public Cloud technologies.

Education

• • • A relevant degree/diploma.
