Salary: $86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
 

The Regulatory Change and Delivery Manager will oversee and manage the successful delivery of strategic and regulatory change initiatives across Group Benefits, ensuring effective implementation within established timelines. This role requires strong project management skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional business teams. Also, manage and coordinate business projects of varying scope and complexity through all phases, collaborating with Value Stream Owners, Business Owners, and IT Partners in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Project and Delivery Management:

  • Manage end-to-end project plans, including dependencies, financials, and health monitoring.
  • Use organizational and analytical skills to create roadmaps, milestones, and reports for stakeholders.
  • Identify and address risks and issues, sourcing solutions and decisions.
  • Communicate effectively, ensuring governance and transparency in alignment with enterprise and agile practices.
  • Participate actively in an agile environment, motivating and inspiring teams.
  • Support ODF governance, change requests, and ad-hoc reporting for OKRs.
  • Lead readiness activities for OKRs, including creating trackers and managing action items.
  • Collaborate with product owners, IT partners, and key stakeholders to develop and report on plans.
  • Manage project risk assessments and develop mitigation plans, with familiarity in Archer preferred.
  • Assist with audit readiness and ensure regulatory changes are documented and communicated.
  • Continuously improve regulatory change processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in project management, ops, or other related fields
  • Prior experience leading projects through a period of transformation or change is an asset.
  • Confident presentation and facilitation skills and strong interpersonal and leadership skills to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Agile/SAFe knowledge and JIRA/Confluence experience is an asset.
  • PMP certification or Scrum Master certification is a nice to have.

    Salary range is expected to be between

    $86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
