DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Run and review aging reporting
• Lookup client details in Collections Workbench.
• Use Peoplesoft Workcenter to access customer statuses, update Customer notes, and complete adjustment forms and submissions.
• Assist in the investigation and resolution of outstanding billings and unapplied payments.
• Issuance of receipts ( as requested and the annual payment reports)
• Answer the incoming AR Line as an escalation level 2 support, as required, and respond to customer requests with expert customer service.
• Ensure monthly processing deadlines are met as required.
• System testing as needed.
• Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities.
• Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
• Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System.
• Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
• Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.
• Complete other tasks as requested

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

• The Accounts Receivable Coordinator reports directly to the Manager, AR Collections.  This position will also liaise with clients, Branch Office employees, and other internal teams as required.
