Our client working in the Non-Profit industry is hiring for a Bilingual Learning Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis! This is an exciting opportunity working in a hybrid model, working 3 days onsite downtown Toronto, 2 days remotely.

The Bilingual Learning Administrator ensures the smooth daily operation of the Learning Management System (LMS) to provide instructors and students with seamless access to courses and resources. This role also supports professional development (PD) seminar execution and serves as the first point of contact for technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the LMS, troubleshooting technical issues and assisting users.
  • Respond to instructor and student inquiries via the intake mailbox.
  • Support instructional designers with course testing and quality assurance.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of online professional development seminars.
  • Track LMS usage data and provide reports on course engagement.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers to implement LMS improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Learning & Development or a related field.
  • Experience working with an LMS (D2L Brightspace is an asset).
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French (written and spoken).
  • Experience supporting online education delivery.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom).
