The successful candidate will focus on creating and executing initiatives that significantly enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness, using data-driven approaches to monitor and improve processes continuously. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a key area of our company, driving substantial improvements and fostering a culture of excellence that permeates the entire organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of CI projects, ensuring they deliver expected outcomes.
  • Perform recurring industry benchmarks to ensure the company remains competitive and up to date with best practices.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning within the team and across the organization.
  • Utilize data-driven approaches to measure, analyze, and improve processes.
  • Lead efforts to increase the CI culture across the entire company, engaging employees at all levels.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in CI and strategic program management.

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or strategic program management roles.
