About This Role

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven System and Process Analyst to join our planning team.

In this role, you will work closely with various production departments and the planning team to drive improvements in production processes, optimize planning, and reduce redundant or non-value-added tasks.

In addition, the employee is responsible for overseeing financial management activities for the manufacturing team.

You will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying root causes of issues, help resolve challenges impacting production & cost and most importantly, create and maintain tools.

As a critical source of information regarding planning systems, you will ensure data integrity and provide system-related support to help the team make informed decisions. 

Key Responsibilities: 
 

Data Analysis and Root Cause Analysis:

Use data analysis, research, and studies to identify the root causes of production, scheduling or financial issues and suggests ways to change processes, tools or other resources to improve efficiency, quality, and services levels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop corrective actions and prevent future disruptions in the production process.

Develop and maintain performance indicators to measure team performance in achieving objectives. Work closely with the engineering department to obtain the requirements for the bids.

ERP & Planning Systems Expertise:

Act as a key resource for the ERP system (Oracle) and other planning tools, ensuring accurate data entry and data troubleshooting. Support the team with ERP-related queries and help ensure that production plans are aligned with system capabilities. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 
Collaborate with engineering, bids, finance to ensure alignment of overall business goals and financial profiles with our tools and process as well as to seek feedback and insight on tools and processes in order to maintain alignment.  

Work with production, logistics, inventory, and planners to synchronize efforts to achieve planning and financial objectives.

Reporting & Metrics:

Create and maintain tools, such as KPIs, and data on important metrics to production and planning. Run daily sanity checks to ensure that the transactions are correct and will lead their correction if necessary. 

Continuous Improvement:

Contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities to optimize resource utilization, reduce waste, and improve overall manufacturing throughput. 

The passionate we are looking for has: 
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related), computer science or automation degree, or administration
•  2-3 years of experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling, supply chain management or as a tool/coding analyst. 
•    Proficiency in Oracle ERP system or similar ERP software. 
•    Proficiency in various reporting and KPI generating tools such as; Power Bi, Excel Power Query, Python, SQL etc. 
•    Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform root cause analysis and recommend process improvements. 
•    Be able to write out reports, answer questions and present information to the various stakeholders in the process. (Manager, Group Head, Project Manager, Planners).
•    In-depth knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
•    Ability to perform duties properly in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and meet deadlines independently.
•    Detailed and excellent organizational skills.
•    Ability to identify problems, gather information, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
•    Ability to interpret a variety of technical and non-technical instructions and to deal with several concrete and abstract variables at the same time.
•    Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
•    Be on site 3 days a week, with occasional visits to the production floor
