We are seeking a Senior Advisor in Business Performance & Analytics to join our Global Technology and Products (GTP) organization. This role is pivotal in overseeing data-based business performance through the implementation of dashboards and analytics to support various parts of the business.

The role we are offering you:

By joining our strategy and business performance team, you will have the opportunity to perform the impact analysis, reporting and risk management of the overall GTP organization and R&D portfolio performance. This effort includes cross-functional collaboration, process evaluation, change management support associated to the organization. The activities include but are not limited to:

  • Indirectly manage a BI squad (data analysts & BI product owner) to deliver the right dashboards and reports to senior leaders based on their requests and customer needs.
  • Engage directly with different parts of the business to understand needs and deliver upon them with dashboards and reports.
  • Support efforts for performance reporting purposes across the organization.
  • Assist GTP’s leadership team in establishing their yearly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Set KPIs for technology functions, track benefits, cost savings, and business satisfaction scores.
  • Assess how R&D projects and changes impact operational efficiency, productivity, and overall performance in different departments.
  • Develop and present reports and dashboards illustrating the impact of IT initiatives on other teams.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Oversee risk management processes related to IT investments and operations, ensuring alignment with organizational risk appetite and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with project managers, IT teams, and stakeholders from various departments to understand the scope and impact of IT initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between teams to address performance-related concerns and ensure alignment with broader organizational objectives.
  • Continuously enhance analysis methods and tools to based on industry best practices and emerging trends in performance analysis and management.
  • Offer guidance and support to teams on interpreting performance metrics related to IT initiatives.

Our ideal candidate has:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.
  •  Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a similar position or in a consulting firm.
  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  •  Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
  •  Strong communication and presentation skills tailored to an executive audience.
  •  Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Excellent attention to detail.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is desirable.
  • Experience in managing projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  •  Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
  •  Familiarity with change management principles is a plus.
  •  Experience in management consulting or strategy consulting or in a similar role with a focus on analyzing the impact of IT initiatives and storytelling.
  •  Ability to translate complex products and IT concepts and metrics into clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
  •  Knowledge of the aviation market and its procurement process.
