Recruitment Coordinator

Our client in the healthcare industry is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. This role will assist hiring managers in various aspects of the recruitment process, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and coordinate interviews.

Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid - 2 days on-site)
Salary: $28-$30 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day
Contract Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Post job advertisements on both internal and external job boards.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries via email and phone.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks and ad hoc projects within the HR department.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Experience with an ATS is a plus.
  • Ability to intuitively identify and address recruitment-related challenges.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills.
