About the Role

We are seeking a French-speaking QRadar and Sentinel SIEM Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our client's team. **FRENCH IS REQUIRED** In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, onboarding, and managing log sources, developing new use cases, and building automation workflows within QRadar and Sentinel SIEM solutions. This is a fully remote opportunity within Canada, offering a competitive hourly rate for an experienced cybersecurity professional.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and onboard new log sources into QRadar and Sentinel SIEM.
• Develop and implement new SIEM use cases to enhance security monitoring and threat detection.
• Build automation workflows in Microsoft Sentinel to improve efficiency and incident response.
• Parse and normalize logs for effective analysis and correlation.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure optimal SIEM performance and compliance with cybersecurity best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve SIEM-related issues, optimizing system functionality.

Qualifications & Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with QRadar and Sentinel SIEM.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
• Certifications or a diploma in Cybersecurity are considered an asset.

Key Skills & Competencies
• Proficiency in QRadar and Microsoft Sentinel administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a critical thinking approach.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to changing project requirements.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
• French proficiency is required; English is an asset.
