Our valued Federal Government client is currently seeking a Senior Technical Architect to support with the  planning, developing, validating, and implementing of enterprise directory services (Active Directory and X.500) architecture, as well as standards, development and revisions to ACP133 for exploitation and implementation, in a large-scale IT production environment. This is a 1+ Year contract opportunity onsite in Ottawa.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze current processes, technologies, architecture, and continuous improvement and assist in developing comprehensive transformation plans to achieve priority objectives in support of allied interoperability.
  • Liaison with departmental technical groups and integration teams including subject matter advice pertaining to technical capability management and service improvement of the Secret enterprise infrastructure for allied enclaves;
  • Attend Allied Interoperability meetings (including Exercises/Events) and internal stakeholder meetings in support of team members to assist with analysis of integration strategies for processes, technologies, and information
  • Provision of advice for technical issue resolution related to capability management and service improvement for allied enclaves, if directed

Qualifications and Skills

  • 10+ years of experience working on Active Directory and x.500 systems in a production environment with a multinational/Allied (5EYES and NATO) client base of at least 100,000 users 
  • Valid Top Secret Federal Government clearance 

Education

  • A relevant degree/diploma is required 
  • Must have both MCSE and MCITP certifications
