Our leading automotive tech client is looking for a Product Owner to join their team on a permanent basis. This will be a hybrid role reporting to their Burlington location.

As a Product Owner, you will play a key role in defining and prioritizing product features to align with business objectives and customer demands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, UX/UI, sales, and customer support, to deliver high-impact solutions. This position requires expertise in SaaS product management and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog in line with company goals.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Work with leadership to refine product positioning and competitive differentiation.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements from stakeholders and customers.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business impact, customer value, and feasibility.
• Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Continuously refine the backlog and manage technical debt.
• Serve as the main bridge between customers, stakeholders, and the development team.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to improve the product.
• Create training materials, documentation, and release notes.
• Define key performance metrics and track product success using analytics tools.
• Identify improvement areas based on market changes and customer feedback.
• Lead iterations to enhance the product using real-world data insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or related role in a SaaS company.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with Agile teams.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting solutions, or BI tools.
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms, and software development lifecycles.
• Excellent ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and other data visualization tools.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus.
