The Sales Manager will be tasked with supervising team training, evaluating performance, and monitoring sales metrics. A typical day: Establish a routine for the Sales team to consistently engage with customers Collaborate with the central office regarding the pricing strategy. Monitor inventory levels Lead and motivate the sales team Developing and implementing sales strategies as well as setting and achieving sales targets. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities. Prepare and present weekly sales reports to management. Successful candidates will have: 8+ years of sales experience plus at least 3+ years of management experience Experience with reading and understanding Mill Test reports and Customer Specifications will be an asset Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Collaborative and willingness to coach the team as needed Excellent computer skills Must have steel manufacturing background, oil and gas (downstream) or Mill test report experience Organizing and multitasking, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Flexible as travel is required Total rewards: Permanent Position Attractive benefits package Car allowance RRSP + Bonus eligibility 10 vacation days + 5 flexible days Salary Range: $110K - $128K (depending on experience) We want to connect with you!
