Are you a strategic leader with a passion for sales and team development OR are you a driven account manager looking to take the next step in their career? We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, develop key customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities, optimizing sales strategies, and fostering a results-driven environment.

- Fully on-site, located in Richmond Hill 
- $100,000 - $130,000 base salary + bonus 
- Monday to Friday 8-5 

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and expand market reach.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key customers.
  • Oversee outbound sales efforts, ensuring consistent follow-ups and lead conversion.
  • Maximize revenue by implementing effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary contact for major accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Address escalated customer concerns and ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Sales Strategy & Negotiation:

  • Develop competitive pricing strategies and negotiate contract terms to secure profitable deals.
  • Guide the team in overcoming objections and presenting compelling solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to refine sales approaches.

Team Collaboration & Performance Reporting:

  • Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and marketing teams to streamline order fulfillment.
  • Set performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports on sales trends.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying new opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiency.
